How do I place an order? +

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can review your order before finalizing your purchase.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience and security.

How long does shipping take? +

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the US, Canada, and the UK.

Shipping rates:

  • Standard shipping — $7.95 flat rate on orders under $50
  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 — automatically applied at checkout

Shipping to other countries:

We ship to most international destinations, but delivery times and rates vary depending on your location.

International customers may also be responsible for import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by their local customs authority.

What is your return policy? +

14-Day Easy Returns

We want you to love your Hareful products. If they're not right for you, we make returns simple.

You have 14 days from delivery to return your sleeves if:

  • They don't fit properly
  • You changed your mind
  • They arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong size

To qualify for a return:

  • Sleeves must be unworn and unused (trying them on briefly at home is fine)
  • Original packaging and all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email works)
  • The original tag has not been removed

How it works:

  1. Email us at support@hareful.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you our return address and instructions within 24 hours
  3. Drop off your package at your nearest shipping location
  4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Please note:

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns
  • Defective items? We cover return shipping — that's on us

30-Day Keep-Running Guarantee +

We want the sleeves to help you keep running — and if they don't, we don't want your money. That's the deal.

You have 30 days from delivery to return your sleeves if:

  • You wore them on at least 5 runs and they didn't help

To qualify for a return:

  • Original packaging is helpful but not required
  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works fine)

How it works:

  1. Email us at support@hareful.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you our return address and instructions within 24 hours
  3. Drop off your package at your nearest shipping location
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Please note:

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer for change-of-mind and sizing-swap returns
  • Defective items? We cover return shipping — that's on us
  • Sizing exchanges are free on your first pair — if the size is wrong, we'll swap them rather than refunding
