Couch to 5k week 3 and my shins were on fire. Found these on instagram. Best £30 I've spent in ages 🙌
Tried EVERYTHING for shin splints. Stretches, ice, new shoes. Nothing worked til these. Should be on the NHS lol
Bought them after my third week of crying about shin splints to my husband. He's now wearing them too 😂
Half marathon was 4 weeks away and my shins went. Physio said try compression. These got me to the finish line.
Magic stuff honestly. 10/10
When I started Couch to 5k last January I genuinely thought my body was just broken. Every run ended with me sitting on the kerb wanting to cry. My sister-in-law had been going on about these sleeves for months and I finally caved and bought a pair. First run with them I noticed straight away that something was different — the sharp pain was just dampened. Within three weeks I was running my full sessions without thinking about my shins. I've now done two parkruns and I'm signed up for a 10k in autumn. I genuinely owe these for the fact I'm still a runner.
Worth every penny
I'm a nurse and I started running last spring to manage stress after the worst few months of my career. Week 4 my shins started absolutely killing me and I genuinely cried in the changing room one shift because I thought I'd lost the one thing keeping me sane. A colleague mentioned compression sleeves and I ordered a pair that night. Three weeks later the pain was gone and I'm now doing 5k three mornings a week before shifts. I don't know how to explain how much this matters to me. Running keeps me functional. These sleeves kept me running.
Decent product, helped a lot 👍
Right look. I've been running on and off since I was about 25 and shin pain is what's always stopped me coming back to it properly. Tried physio, tried different shoes, tried gait analysis, tried lower mileage, tried higher mileage, you name it. Picked these up a couple of months back and within two weeks the pain that had been my running ceiling for fifteen years just wasn't there anymore. I genuinely don't know what to say about that. I'm 42 and I'm running the most consistently I have in my entire adult life. My only regret is not finding these in my twenties when it might've actually changed who I became as a runner. Honestly buy them.
Was about to give up on running entirely. Three weeks with these and I finished my first 5k pain-free. Honestly mad
